Ontario found me at a time I was literally saying NO, NO! I had just lost my 19 yr old son that day and I was at the wreck site were he had died, crying out no!! This can’t be real. She was out doing her job and thought the accident scene was the site of her next story. When she found out what was going on, she told her camera man to put the camera up. She abandoned her tv mission and quickly realized that she was sent to that place at that appointed time for a mission that GOD had called her on. There we were literally sitting on the side of the road and from the depths of my pain, a very unique sisterhood was birthed from a death. That was Oct 2007, then later she called on me when her brother needed prayer from someone who had been there done that. With God there are NO accidents. Since 2007 she and I have lived what her book is about. It’s about squaring your shoulders when in the valleys and on the mountaintops, looking into the heavens from where our real help comes from and accepting what God has already spoken for his children, NO IS NOT AN OPTION!. When God has a call upon your life and He does for all of us, He equips us with all we need to be the Victor’s He has called us to be. It’s just sometimes we need reminding. That is what Ontario’s book does, it reminds others, through her own valleys and mountains, that we all need to be reminded what our purpose is as children of God. After battling 4 1/2 yrs of aftermath of cancer, I just could not see how I was to complete the call to teach anymore. Cancer took 80% of my tongue and talking all day was not possible anymore. I was feeling defeated and low. I read Ontario’s book, enjoyed it, then laid it down. That very night, God revealed to me what I was to do, and that my call to teach WAS NOT OVER. My eternal thanks from a tragedy, sitting on side of the road with a new found angel of a friend, she did it for me again. Now I’m pressing forward, and my next phase of my God called mission is fresh, and lining up to fulfill the call on my life. Thanks Ontario for following God and writing this amazing book. No Is Not An Option is a must read. Let it be your moment when God turns things around for you.

Life presents many obstacles, however, Richardson reminds readers that the steps of the righteous are ordered by the Lord. Reading this book has left me with the hunger to succeed and to never take no for an answer!
